Somehow he got through the dinner at Bart’s. The food was fabulous and it was a good meeting, except Marla was coming on to him big time. She was an attractive woman, but not his type at all. She had what he had heard called “resting bitch face.” He wasn’t even sure she was right for the part, but Bart seemed to think so, and he was rarely wrong if ever.

He had gone to the bathroom after Bart had gone on for a couple hours about his vision. Marla had followed him and barged into the bathroom. He knew she was ready to give him a blow job right there and then, and would have if he hadn’t stopped her. She was angry, but he’d tried to soften it by telling her he was seeing someone and it wouldn’t be fair to her. She had just glared at him, but she had gotten up off her knees and left the bathroom in a huff.

When he returned, she had left with Johnny. Bart and Carrie told them to stay, but he was ready for the evening to end. Abe, as the designated driver, got in behind the wheel of the car.

Lance pulled out his phone and looked at it. Before he could stop himself, he called Tori.

She answered on the first ring.

“Can you be ready to come with us in five minutes? We’ll pick you up.”

“A play on words?” she asked, not expecting an answer. “Yes. I’ll be ready. You remember where I live.”

“I remember everything, including how good your pussy feels. I want you wet and ready.”

“Yes, Sir,” she breathed into the phone.

He ended the connection and felt Kent staring at him from the backseat. Abe glanced over at him with a smug smile on his face.

“Just fucking drive,” he said to Abe, who put his foot on the accelerator and sped toward Tori.
